NOHVCC and the Motorcycle Industry Council are committed to reducing excessive sound from off-highway motorcycles, ATVs and ROVS on public lands, which continues to threaten riding opportunities. The MIC provides the MIC Off-Highway Stationary Sound Test Manual and annual test rpm data to OHV clubs, organizations and land management agencies nationwide as an essential tool for effective and economical noise control.
