The 2019 NOHVCC Annual Conference is in the books. The 2020 Conference will be in Knoxville, Tennessee August 18-22. Now it is time to turn our attention to selecting a site for the 2021 Conference.
Our Conferences bring together the best and brightest in the OHV community including enthusiasts, agency personnel, other land managers and industry representatives. Each Conference also has a local feel, as we visit a nearby riding area and include several presentations from local interests. Further, the participants tend to fill up the host hotel and nearby restaurants.
NOHVCC is soliciting requests for the opportunity to bring the 2021 Conference to your area!
It takes quite a bit of planning and funding to pull off one of these events, so we are interested in serious inquiries from agencies, Chambers of Commerce, State OHV Associations and others who are interested in being involved in the exciting process of hosting an Annual NOHVCC Conference.
We have just begun our search, so we ask that anyone with questions or proposals reach out to us at trailhead@nohvcc.org.
Depending on responses received, we may implement a more formal request for proposals, but we wanted to reach out as soon as possible to get the ball rolling.
