Thanks to partnerships with Trail Trust, the Right Rider Access Fund, the US Forest Service, and the Northwest Motorcycle Association, NOHVCC will be holding a Great Trails Workshop at the Batey Bould ORV area in Cusick, WA on 9/14 -9/15. This two-day workshop will focus on the maintenance, construction, design, and management of OHV trails. The intended audience is trail managers, trail volunteers, field staff, OHV enthusiasts, and other stakeholders.
This workshop will involve walking around on and off trail in the forest. Good hiking shoes and appropriate clothing for the season are necessary. Participants will be responsible for their own food, drinks, water, snacks, and other needed items. Bug spray and sunscreen are recommended. We will travel to different locations on the trail system via full sized vehicle. Roads may require high clearance vehicles.
