NOHVCC Seeks Sponsorships for the 2025 Annual Conference in Bend, OR
Planning is well underway for the 2025 NOHVCC Annual Conference to be held October 9-11 in beautiful Bend, Oregon. To ensure that NOHVCC has the ability provide the highest quality experience for participants we are seeking sponsors and partners to assist in funding the event. We already have commitments from a few of our partner organizations, but there are still opportunities to help NOHVCC make the 2025 conference an even greater success.
We are still looking for partners to help us cover the event management app, transportation to the mobile workshop, shuttles too and from the airport, meals for participants, equipment rental for the mobile workshop, and a few other very important items.
As per usual, we have our sponsor levels established as seen in the chart below. This chart also demonstrates the benefits you receive as part of your sponsorship package. If you would like to consider sponsoring the NOHVCC Annual Conference, please contact us at [email protected] and our NOHVCC team will reach out to you shortly.
NOHVCC also offers a la carte items for sponsorship including meals, breaks, travel scholarships, and other conference necessities. We are open to any level of sponsorship that you would like to propose. Without our generous sponsors we would not be able to continue to make this event a success.
Stay tuned for details on how you can also support the conference by presenting, guiding the mobile workshop, or volunteering to help with conference operations. Thank you all for your commitment to NOHVCC and our mission of creating a positive future for OHV recreation.
