Each year as part of the Annual Conference, NOHVCC honors individuals and organizations that have contributed to the success of the OHV community. NOHVCC is currently seeking nominations for these awards to be presented at the annual conference in Minneapolis, MN on October 18-19. If you work with an individual or organization that deserves recognition for their contributions to OHV recreation, we urge you to nominate them for an award. The award categories are as follows:
· Rob Perrin Program Manager: Given to the manager or administrator of an OHV program who has gone above and beyond to ensure that enthusiasts have access to quality OHV trails and facilities.
· Club and Association of the Year: Awarded to a club or association that has sponsored programs or events that have positively shaped OHV recreation in their home state.
· State Partner of the Year: Awarded to the NOHVCC State Partner who has made significant contributions to NOHVCC and it’s mission throughout the previous year.
· NOHVCC Hall of Fame: Awarded to individuals who have made significant contributions to NOHVCC and it’s mission over numerous years.
· NOHVCC Lifetime Achievement Award: Awarded to individuals who have had enormous positive impact on NOHVCC, State Partners, and the NOHVCC mission throughout the history of the organization.
· Special Recognition: Awarded to groups, individuals, or projects that have shown success in promoting responsible OHV recreation.
There are so many great things that clubs, individuals, partners, and land managers contribute to OHV recreation every year.
