NOHVCC Estate Donation

Please consider donating your land or estate to help "Create a Positive Future for Off-Highway Vehicle Recreation".

Bequests
Many friends support our vital OHV recreation work by including the National Off-Highway Vehicle Conservation Council (NOHVCC) in their estate plans. Bequests of any size are gratefully accepted.

You will help "Create a Positive Future for Off-Highway Vehicle Recreation" when you name the NOHVCC to receive:

A specific dollar amount,
A percentage of your estate's value,
All or part of the remainder of your estate in your will or trust, or
All or part of the proceeds of a Life Insurance policy or Retirement Plan.
We urge you to consult your attorney in preparing your will and hope that the following language will be helpful in providing a bequest to NOHVCC:

"I give, devise, and bequeath to the National Off-Highway Vehicle Conservation Council (NOHVCC), a nonprofit corporation organized and existing under the laws of Wisconsin, and with current business address of 4718 S. Taylor Drive, Sheboygan, WI 53081, _________ (specific dollar amount, property, or percentage) to be used for its general purposes for OHV recreation and education."

Your advisor may wish to know that the NOHVCC is a non-profit 501(c)3 corporation organized and existing under the laws of Wisconsin and its federal tax ID number is 39-1978220.

For more information, contact the NOHVCC.
